I think I remember reading back when it was first announced that the scenario was supposed to be about as long as the original one and also have route splits but I could be wrong.

I wouldn't be surprised if Atlus USA has been working on the translation for a while. They released the anime on DVD in July with a dub cast so I wouldn't be surprised if they were pulled in to voice the game too.

Every time I think about complaining about the English voice acting, I remember that Teddie sounds like nails on a chalkboard and I suddenly become very glad we didn't get saddled with that.Butt Ghost posted:So DaN is post-epilogue, right? DaN is in the Summer after the murder mystery but there is nothing to indicate it's after the epilogue. The method of getting into the new shadow realm is through watching an internet video at midnight which puts the viewer to sleep in the real world so it's probably just going to be some random weekend before summer break. As far as designs go, all of the physical changes the characters made to their looks aren't that drastic in the epilogue. Chie and Naoto grew their hair out slightly and Yukiko tied her hair up. Kanji's whole black hair thing seems to have been recent even for the others. Everything else is just clothing. Maybe they bought a new outfit for the special occasion in Persona 4: Chie's Cocoro Fur Dress Up. None of the outfits they have shown off for DAN aside from Teddie & Yu are directly from the game. They all wear their school uniform as exploration gear so it would make sense they would be wearing that but underneath they have new outfits. They all seem to be wearing a yellow handkerchief though. I wonder what that's about?
