Aside from being really bored when playing it, I hated the music and visuals. I'm not even sure why, but everything about it rubbed me the wrong way. To each their own, of course.

Geezus, what the hell is going on with GreenManGaming today? I've tried to log in with my primary email, failed every time, then it tells me that email isn't registered with GMG. Then I try with my PayPal address, still nothing. Then I even try to re-register and then it tells me that my email is, in fact, already in use. Is that bad news? Was my account hacked? edit: Okay if I put my username in where it says "email address" then it works fine. What the gently caress. Hey Steam, out of the almost 800 games I own, exactly one is a visual novel. I know I played Hatoful Boyfriend recently (mostly due to the crazy things I heard about it), but that doesn't mean I want you to assault me with every goddamn piece of fox-girl gender-bending semi-porn you've got. loving hell.

After fiddling with it a bit more, there doesn't actually seem to be that many options for customizing the storefront. I think the biggest change here might just be the messaging. The old storefront said "Here is popular game X". The new storefront says "Based on some unspecified bullshit, we think you want popular game X".

Yeah, I like the new site skin, but it needs a few tweaks that I'm sure will be laid down over the coming weeks. A lot of the issues being mentioned seem like the sort of thing that'll shake out over time like with every other new Steam feature that gets abused to poo poo in the first two days.

Whether you care enough about turning more options up or on or not is a personal evaluation. Personally I have one on the way for 2560*1440, where some people will argue it's not actually good enough. And for most people it is way too weak for 4k still.
