The dress code changes are allowing Sikhs to wear a turban and allowing both Muslim and Sikhs to grow a small beard; neither of which are currently allowed.

How will having a beard "no longer than 2 inches" or wearing a camouflage turban instead of a camouflage hat degrade the army? :iiam:
