The old stadium had just a regular chainlink fence in the Dawg Pound Endzone. Now it is standard height, so we should be allowed to jump too. Plus, our one endzone is named and probably trademarked. Yeah, leaving the field of play is an unsportsmanlike foul. It was "outlawed" the same time as goalpost dunking, but the Packers were told they could still do it (since it's kind of their thing).

Any player on any team can do that without getting flagged. The Packers were just brought up during the rule changes because none of the new rules affected the Lambeau leap. Like they were purposefully avoiding going after it while targeting a bunch of arbitrary poo poo in the same vein that no one cared about. Speaking of which, is the mile high salute illegal yet? It should be.
