I think Zhi's alright when he's not being Zhi and creeping on whichever whichever woman appears on stream/Momochi's girlfriend or being extremely weird like at TGS when he talked about Daigo's sweat for several minutes. The cringe-worthy jokes, well, everyone does that.

The second hit of Fei's ultra doesn't go very far so it's very common for the first hit to hit and then the second whiffs. This is why you don't usually see people use it to go through fireballs.

It looked like it hit meaty enough that it was guaranteed, but I guess Rose is Overpowered Bullshit enough to avoid it anyway. Eventhubs has a thing that shows live streams http://www.eventhubs.com/streams/ There's also this Japanese site: http://kakuge-checker.com/ that has Japanese and American streams, and any events happening (even American ones) the streams will be listed at the top and highlighted.
