EugeneJ posted:Did Scully and Hitchcock get Judy Winslowed? Quite the opposite, while they're not in the main credits, they did get added to the main cast. If you watch the beginning of the show after the credits, their names appear. Sometimes there just isn't enough time to squeeze everyone in. Hell, there was two consecutive eps in season one in which Gina didn't appear at all.

This episode was amazing. That opener (I thought of a joke!), all the plots, just awesome. But, I obviously wasn't paying enough attention - who stabbed the chocolate milk guy (besides Terry)?

misguided rage posted:I'm still not sure whether he's going 'are you kidding', or whether he's just incredulous that she asked because of course it does. That's the magic of his acting, it could go either way. Terry continues to prove he has exceptional physical comedy timing. Even the way he pinned Jake each time made me laugh, as obvious as those jokes were. I'm a little iffy about the Diaz and Boyle stuff. I thought it was best when the show seemed to show him moving on from the uncomfortable unrequited feelings angle. I mean I guess her going as his fake-date can just be a friends thing, I just hope it doesn't go in the other direction. They probably won't, since they're exploring the Boyle and Gina thing at the moment.

I was so sure the joke in that scene was going to be that he'd just accidentally crushed Santiago's phone, since he'd taken it off her in an earlier scene.

Just rewatched S1 and noticed something. In the finale, Jake tells Santiago about his worst break-up, which was at a junior prom. The girl who broke up with him was wearing the same dress Jake made Santiago wear on their "date" several episodes prior.
