How many stuntmen died making this? I'd say over 80, because primates are the loving terror of the earth.

The actual movie is pretty disappointing, the scenes showed in the trailer are probably the most on-screen violence you get in it. Which is a shame because a primate horror movie is such a good idea. But yeah most of the time "Shakma" is more adorable than terrifying.

Fats Dominar is on the case

This is going to drive me crazy, but...
I remember a piece of 40k art I saw a couple of years ago. It was a burning hive city with evacuating civilians, and in the foreground there was a family being escorted by a Space Marine. They had a little child with a Space Marine doll/stuffed animal looking up in awe at the real thing. Does anyone recognize this? Did I dream it?

Incidentally if you're looking for cool character art then you could do worse than browse the Character of the Week winners on the same forum, there's lots of cool stuff in there.

This is probably a bit too specific but I'm fleshing out a character idea:

Has anyone seen any pics of female orcs in a more modern, urban-fantasy setting? A crust-punk ork lady would be awesome :)

Can we get some unconventional golems or elementals in here? So outside the tried-and-true stone/iron/water/fire/etc. ones. And Bas-Lag stuff in general because Iron Council is a big inspiration behind this.

The first one is from a porn artist called Kumi Pumi and that weirds me out because it's a totally reasonable picture in a sea of porn.

The second one is from a guy who thinks Gamersgate is a legit critique on games journalism and not just a bunch of internet misogynists ganging up on two random women.

Alright, so you guys run into a Treant, a Tree Golem, a Plant Elemental, a Dryad, an aberration that looks just like a tree except the branches are tentacles, this cool Wood Demon from an obscure planescape supplement, and a tree.

I target the tree. It's way too normal-looking to not be the most dangerous thing there.

Thanks! That Bismuth golem is awesome.

FRUITCAKE ELEMENTAL is probably revenge from that one wizard no one likes but somehow ends up on the Secret Santa list every year. His mom probably organizes the name selection.
