Given the Irish government's historic attitude to women that still persists to this day, one wouldn't think it'd be the best at enforcing CEDAW.

It includes hydroelectric which as discussed is probably the most damaging of them all. Wish there was a map which excluded them. North Koreas is almost all hydroelectric.
