I'm not saying he was the first; I'm saying that, until a sample can be tested from Che, it is more probable than not that he was an HIV superspreader. I mean loving seriously, he had a dirty needle used on him in Zaire in the 60s. That's goddamn major odds for infection, especially since he wasn't known to attend the Belgian expat hospital with a working autoclave.
