I like new Floyd album. very different to what I thoigjt it would be and mostly different to anything I've ever listened to and while it's all same kinda Floyd sound it's a different album some excellent parts and the res is very well produce filler in between.

 crazy crazy stuff, the band claim to be channeling their music from a gigantic demon bee and i almost believe it. it's basically a ton of no-attention-span midi crap with weird screeches and squawks all through it but the samples are decent and the songs are weird as hell in a syd barrett kind of way. this one's their best because the samples are decent and the songs have a bit more work put into them than usual, there's a good balance between outsider-ness and polish. most of the rest of their albums that i've heard are more irritating than interesting but it's all basically the same stuff. one thing i noticed is that if you play psych, a lot of smelly weirdos come up to you. two of them told me to check out "shpongle" and i did and its the worst thing i heard this year then i played some trap and minimal to spite them >:) (actually i ran out of good psych and it was that time of night when people like to dance)
