People bitched about one friendly match held at Busch Stadium in the middle of the baseball season. I can't imagine a full season. The big part is the mound though, and it seems they have avoided that area so they don't have to constantly take it down and rebuild it.

And the leagues run during the exact time frames, roughly March - October. And they Yankees play 81 home games. And NYCFC will play around 16 home games. It'll be fine, I'm sure.

They covered it with a tarp logo and it is out of play. As for the basepaths, they just lay some grass in there. It will be a terrible pitch for soccer, and then probably ruin it for baseball as well.
