Has any Prime Minister fallen out of a honeymoon period so quickly? I mean most polls are putting the ALP in the 53-54% territory by now and no G20, Obama visit or any mention of the carbon tax is stopping this trend. I'm not saying #OneTermTony, just that there's been zero recovery from this government yet.

Don't forget that Tony's been dead in the polls for almost a year now, so at the point that Tony lost popularity Rudd was at something like 58/42, and it took until 2.5 years in for him to even drop to 52/48.
