What is it with Ferrari 458's crashing into Prototype cars? I swear to god it happens every year at some endurance event or another. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JW3NDGk6YQE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JW3NDGk6YQE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZALL-eKEdE

That McNish crash was his fault though.

Arguable anyway. McNish was making a pretty aggressive move, the Ferrari was just on the racing line. And I've heard commentators talk about how the Audis had ridiculously bright lights and the GT drivers could barely make out how close the Audis actually were in their mirrors at night. Both of them were passing on the inside at high speed.

Let's be honest, when they were negotiating, everyone thought that Vettel would be staying and so would get the good car.

LMP cars haven't looked good for a good 10 years. Well, the open top Acura ARX things are kind of neat, but other than that... they look like Jetsons cars. But now when I'm pushing a trolley around the supermarket or biking to work I'll have to make not just the upshift/downshift noises with my mouth, but also the KERS and turbo sounds as well. That video looks like driving in a video game, with the car having so much more power and grip than the GT3 cars you're passing someone every half a minute.

Caterham have been given special dispensation to run this year's car in 2015 if they can find a buyer. Lapped before first round of pit stops, anybody?
