From context it's obviously negative, and I'm sure it both flies in the face of reality and is completely vile. My immediate thought was "black males like to rape women, even nonwhite ones". Simple, racist, makes sense in context.

Also there's this weird thing where black children (especially girls) are viewed in a sexual manner waaaay too early so it's probably another case of Freepers projecting their hateboners.

He didn't have to overhear anything. It's "black men are rapists", that's it.

White and other girls too. There's even some indication that we, as a species, project so much lust onto pre-teens that the average age for onset of puberty has lowered in the newest generations. It's loving absurd

Who told you it was from lust, a pastor for a wacky evangelical sect?

I actually remember reading a history about Europe in the 18th century and I remember a passage which made me double-take; namely that the average age of female puberty was 20 years... at least in Ireland, I believe.

(There may also be some effect from hormones in the meat or similar, but it would only accent that trend.) Don't want to type up some massive post, but it's not so much the hormones only or directly as it is a number of factors in modern commercial agriculture affecting things that have an effect on our hormone levels. This is also why early onset puberty tracks with childhood obesity and socioeconomic grouping.

There was a study on this recently that I heard on NRP. The researchers think that the aspect you might be talking about/heard/whatever can be earlier onset puberty in a stressful home/life environment. The theory is that the human body is hardwired to reproduce and if the kid has constantly high stress levels it's basically the body saying 'this place isn't safe, best get cracking and have some babies before getting offed' who knows if that's causation or correlation though.

There may also be correlations between antibiotic use, weight, and earlier puberty for girls. The use of antibiotics in young cattle has a notable effect on their development rate, so they mature faster for earlier slaughter. The same sort of thing may apply to humans as well.
