Can you try to shape the burger patties into the shape of poster's avatars Sid? Are you that good? Are you that good with your meat? |

no eggs in burgers. on maybe. fried egg on top. but not in the mix!!!!!! just a lil' worschestchire on 'em is all you need, maybe some salt and pepper. don't adulterate your freshly ground beef with eggs!! this isn't meatloaf sid! Prodigal T-REX posted:Fried burgers? Wtf not necessarily. a good cast iron pan can put a great sear on a burger (and hit more surface area than a grill generally does while doing it too). I still prefer the smokiness of charcoal but it'll be just as good as if you had a drat propane grill. |

Iggy Koopa posted:could someone please lend me an egg, i wish to make burgers for dinner but i unfortunately have no eggs, i only need one so if someone can lend me an egg that would be fantastic. alternately is it possible to make burgers with no egg in the mix, and if so what would i use to replace the egg, would i just use my other regular wet ingredients? do you think my neighbor would lend me an egg, if i asked politely? i see neighbors helping each other on the television a lot, but i have yet to actually borrow anything from my neighbor before Yes I have made patties without an egg before. Just be gentle with the patty. Or if you wanna be crazy put some honey in it. ---------------- |
