Right, that's the problem - guys who have been critical of the UFC in any way have said that they'd suddenly find those bonuses drying up. If they give them the bonus every fight, they should just put it on the contracts so that it can't be used as some kind of punitive measure against labour dissent.

It was his job to assemble the tale of the tape, come up with disciplines for the fighters on the broadcast, etc. He's the guy who dubbed Tank Abbot a "pit fighter" because they didn't want to display "street fighter" on an octagonal card. Art Davie has been in the conversation chain too.

Punitive to receive the pay that you signed up for? Fighters shouldn't be signing contracts to fight in anticipation of a back room bonus.
