I just bought season 2 on bluray. Got me wondering how they'll offer season 3. I'm hoping for a combined release option for Arrow s3 and Flash s1 that allows to watch both seasons in release order. Either that or include both crossover episodes on each release.

I goddamn love Barrowman in this role. He's just so wonderfully hammy, with the ability to rein it in juuuust enough to land a dramatic moment when required. Don't get me wrong, he's dead by the end of the season - I guarantee it.

His line when he showed up again last year was "there are places in the world where death is an illusion. I've been to one and I learned to be very convincing." A lot of people, including people here, misinterpreted that line as "I'm from the League and Lazarus Pits are a thing so I came back from the dead," instead of the much more likely interpretation of "I can fake my death really really well."

Stephen actually addressed that in his last Q&A. He said that if Oliver wasn't willing to kill Slade with an arrow, he certainly wouldn't leave him to starve, as that's way less humane. He also said we'll probably get a direct answer to the question later this season.

Felt like a bit of a dick move to put Captain Boomerang in there with Slade, I guess since he was suicide squad and such Argus would want him somewhere super secure and he does know Ollies secret identity (or could easily figure it out) but still, what he did wasn't any worse than what other criminals of the week do.

Lots of other criminals of the week were killed or arrested by the regular Starling City PD. With Boomerang's Suicide Squad training, it was implied he would be more dangerous than the average criminals of the week.

Captain Boomerang was a Suicide Squad member and killed multiple members of ARGUS. There's no way ARGUS would want him anywhere near a normal prison.
