I talked to Dingaling on Steam and he said that he was working on Pain Mode and Buddy's story. He also mentioned he's not sure if he wants to do more LISA or not.

How the hell did you beat Charmy without firebombs and exp from smashing the Rando grunts in the first place? Only way I could see going to him first working was if you pumped your entire party full of joy and also got lucky wit the RNG.

Making it cry mostly nullifies it, and if you Piss it off you can get lucky and have it attack itself, taking out a good chunk of its HP.

Unlike every other joy addict, Dick never gets over withdrawal naturally with sleeping or combat, and when he's in withdrawal he always misses, and then his damage isn't that great even when he's joyed up.

I feel like a big dummy, but I'm not sure how to progress. I've gone through the different caves in the first area and gotten Olan and picked up the guys at the bar and gotten gas for firebombs and as near as I can tell, I need a bike to jump over ledges but I don't know where to find one.

Brad doesn't really need to use joy anyways. If he goes into withdrawal you can just spam fireball for decent damage. Just finished Pain Mode, honestly I was expecting more. Still, you get a new scene that confirms at least one thing: Buzzo is just loving insane. I was starting to think that maybe Brad was an unreliable narrator and actually did kill Lisa somehow, but sawing a kid's face off who literally had nothing to do with it pretty much confirms that he didn't, he just feels guilty for not doing more and Buzzo is desperate for someone to blame.

Beat it, it was really good. How do you get the Kill Satan and Birth of Red Skull achievements? And what's the difference between Selfish, Kind of Selfish, and Selfless? e: I didn't think he did a great job uh, conveying how evidently horrible Brad was to Buddy, since almost everything we see in the intro is fairly pleasant. I think it was less that he was horrible and abusive and more that he absolutely did not consider what she wanted and instead basically kept her locked up inside all the time. But yeah, I don't think he was a complete monster about it or anything, it was just mostly the things he did in the name of getting her back that was a problem.
