Bard's a little better for speedrunning (wr: 1:41, compared to 2:49 for cadence) and also if you take it a little slow you're much less likely to die Edit: but I don't think Slack has too much bard experience

Also I'm pretty sure there's an as of yet unreleased character that combines all the flaws, meaning instant death from picking up gold in addition to instant death from enemies and instant death from one missed beat while you're stuck with the starting dagger. That's Coda and I can't imagine anyone will ever beat her, but I know one person who's gonna try. He has the bolt and bard WR. You'll have to complete all the characters in a row without dying to unlock her.
