lifted some weights lost a good deal of strength could only do 225x5x3sets for squats, 155x5x3 for bench, 155x5x3 for pendlay rows i feel good though. i think once I get my form down again ill see the weight go up quickly

went to the gym during the day and the amount of people doing exercises wrong and doing really low weights warmed my heart. usually go at night when only serious fuckers are around making me look like poo poo

I don't want to discourage people from working out especially with freeweights but there was this woman yesterday who kept dramatically dropping her weights at the end of sets but because they were the rubber-coated 2-10 lb ones they were bouncing all over the place
