That just reminds me of the idiocy of off scale attacks in Mekton, where if you were one scale smaller than what you were attacking there was a better than even chance your attack would completely ignore armor, so if you could do any damage to your target even theoretically, you would.

I figure this thread might be a better choice than the official "image request thread" in PYF. A friend of mine, a semi-professional MTG player, is going to marry in August. While it's no MTG styled marriage I'd still like to send a nice confirmation that me and my SO are going to attend. I thought of an oversized Magic card with two somewhat friendly creatures (goblins?) hurrying to a destination, perhaps riding a train or other vehicle or something. Does anyone have an idea for a fitting picture? That would be so great.

I'm playing an Algerian Shaman in a Shadowrun campaign with some friends and I realised I don't think I've ever seen a blend of Africa(ns) and Cyberpunk, anyone have any images on this sort of theme? I've got a few to get the ball rolling but I think it's actually quite a cool set of concepts to merge.

I am a bit ashamed I have never heard of this, but thanks for introducing me to it, this is exactly the sort of stuff I'm curious in.

The Botswana heavy metal bands I know of but hadn't even remotely thought about it, I was just looking for some inspirational ideas and I love to collect little bits and pieces to draw inspiration from in my own art work. So thanks both, it's really appreciated!

Not quite what you are looking for but I might suggest looking up Sun Ra and his Arkestra, usually more of a Egyptian motif but could be useful.
