Not really. There are a few scanning probe techniques that MIGHT be able to determine a difference in charge state between cells, but you'd have to etch down a bit through the passivation and top metal/polysi layer(s) to get near the floating gates. Then you would probably affect the charge by scanning over it by allowing tunneling to your probe. You'd probably have to do it at milli-Kelvin temperatures to have any shot at all.

Now to image the entire surface of all the memory would take years and cost millions of dollars, and this is assuming you can even extract all the memory dies from whatever you're talking about in the first place.

and then you need to know how to re-assemble the raw bitmap into usable data, which is really far from a trivial exercise given how complex memory management is for flash memory.

im not irl hitler so i don't require it, but i wouldn't like service that fucks up with their security, like dropbox iirc

ease of use is not too relevant, im sperg. however, easier photo sharing, like gallery or something, would be cool

it lags, won't respond to input, etc, until the transfer is done

using an i5, windows 7, Evo 240 ssd, wd blue spinny drive

doesn't matter which disk is reading/writing for the slowdown to happen

all the special ssd poo poo is working, the drive isn't old. drivers, etc are updated

disk io queue or whatever is hosed during this time

please send help, tia

might be overheating
might be bad sectors on either/all drives
ram may have pooped
might be poo poo with caching
might be antivirus making GBS threads pants

id first check antivirus, then drives, then ram, then fuckery with caching if problem still exists

whichever disk has the high disk queue might be fubar. also if that disk is also where you have the swap file, it will make the entire system drag.

resource monitor shows spinny HD as highest active at 100% but since the ssd is a billion times faster than makes sense
swap file is on the spinny drive too

also so avs, say avg for example, used to gently caress wiyh transfer by just being installed and running, without any scans or watching of folders

also if you think having swap on your ssd will ruin it, you're either using a like 10 year old very early model of ssd or you're an idiot.
