The trick with Nyarlathotep is that it's not that he's a Chaos aligned enemy in the eyes of the greater SMT setting. His argument is simply that, when given the tools, Humanity will obliterate/debase itself all on its own with minimal pushing. He can accomplish this through traditionally Order-related concepts just as well as he could Chaos ones.

I am most surprised that they seem to be giving the MC some personality and style. Harry Potter-Tuxedo Mask rules and certainly looks like a Gangstar to me.
