I don't really remember - has it been explained how that Noah kid ended up 600 miles away from home?

That would make sense, but based on how sure they were his community would be a safe fortress, I assumed he had actually been there at some point after the outbreak.

I remember about him being down there to search for some family member after the outbreak. I was checking IMDB to see if that doctor from the Atlanta hospital was in this season. I guessed maybe that the urgency in moving Tyrese may have been to get him back to the rest of the group to get medical treatment from the doctor. But instead the characters are just retarded. The Walking Dead. It turns out the character also played the pedophile in 'Frank Reynolds Little Beauties' in Always Sunny.

Okay, yeah, that's really weird that they were several hundred miles away from home. The only easy explanation I can think of is they were looking for family in Atlanta.

It makes sense that someone could be training wolves to go after walkers. That could be what the torsos were going to be used for. Since animals don't seem to get the disease they'd be a perfect way to clear the countryside... A side effect being that they may attack humans they come across too.

Wolves can't be trained. I think.

Like, you can exchange wolves for dogs, and it still doesn't make sense. Releasing animals who have no concept of "you must destroy the head, specifically" and "can't get bitten" seems pretty counterproductive. And while wolves can occasionally feed on carrion, I'm certain they would avoid the unknown and potentially dangerous walking carcasses, settling instead for any of the many easier to obtain food sources (I assume game has been multiplying like crazy with people gone).

If animals are immune, it makes a ton of sense to throw a pack of dogs at walkers and then just brain the zombies while they're tangled up. Plus they can be trained to recognize stinky people as the enemy, sniff them out, and never get transfixed by photographs of kids on vacation.

Neophyte posted:I'm not going to reiterate every single point as to why this was a lovely episode that everybody has rightfully pointed out, but I do wonder: It was really weird to me too. Tyreese's hallucinations even bring her up, and you'd THINK that would be someone who would show up, but I'm willing to bet the producers figured she wasn't important enough to bring back or figured audiences would be confused since she was only in an episode or two. Other people who could have showed up that had an impact on Tyreese - Ben, Allen, and Donna (the people he was traveling with forever before reaching the Prison/Woodbury).

Taken from the Walking Dead Wiki (not sure how accurate it is)quote:Noah's uncle had ventured outside of their community at some point and never returned, which led Noah and his father to go out on a search mission for him. Their mission eventually led them to Atlanta, where they were ambushed by Dawn Lerner and her officers. Noah was taken by the group while his father was left behind to die. So that probably rules out Morgan at least.
