I know I shouldn't be asking this, buuuuut... they're never going to mention that Nyssa has a sister out there in the world, are they?

I'm pretty sure they've mentioned her at some point. At least as just a quick name drop. I might be making that up though.

Ollie better watch out I love that Talia/Bruce and Ra's have the cliched old,"No Dad I swear, I can change him!" relationship, except in this case the change that Talia wants to make is to turn Bruce into a heartless murderer. Edit: Also the whole,"You're not good enough for my little girl!" thing, only the reason he isn't good enough is because he won't kill people. It seems really weird that they would allow Ra's but veto Talia. I just sort of assumed they went with Nyssa since she is less familiar to audience and so they are a bit freer in how they write her.

We all thought we were dealing with Ra's al Ghul but all along it was actually Ray Shalgool, his non-union Australian equivalent

The Nolan movies are kind of their own thing and won't affect anything else embargo or otherwise.

It's meaningless mostly because it's a separate continuity.

Furthermore, there were no Lazarus pits in the Nolanverse. It was all mundane/speculative fiction tech. Ra's al Ghul was just a succession of dudes with the same name. Bane's strength came from Charles Atlas and liberal doses of PCP and pain killers.

Talia doesn't seem to be appearing because she would be redundant, there isn't anything you could have her doing right now that can't be done by Nyssa. I suppose they could have her show up later this season if Nyssa decided to rebel against her dad.

Even though I knew he was alive and really he hasn't been out of the show that much, I was still very excited when Ollie popped up again in his Arrow duds. Also mini-Nyssa being all ready to shank Malc until he bamboozled her with his magic trick. Also the little school of tiny assassins.
