My gear right now for Magick Archer is: DF Chilling Razors, 3 Star Frigid Fingers, 3 Star Dragon's Quickening GF Golden Lion Helm, DF Patterned Gambeson, 3 Star Votary's Robe, DF Trophy Bracers and Boots, DF Silver Hosen, and a GF Sovereigns Mantle. As for Augments: Sinew, Leg Strength, Attunement, Bastion, Awareness, Dexterity. (I can't really find any others that would help that much ) I have 756 Str and 997 Mag for the daggers, 1197 Mag for the staff, 965 for the bow, and my defenses are 761 phys and 662 magic at level 110. As for strategy, Ninefold Bolt/Explosive Rivet if Ricochet Hunter isn't viable and wailing the gently caress out of people if Magic isn't doing too well, all while on fire. I try to be on fire any time I melee.

You should dragonforge your stuff. The BBI dragons have better Dragonforge rates than their normal counterparts. I think the Undead Dragon has an especially good chance, too? And then go to Barroch and go even higherHnK416 posted:As for Augments:

Find the tower with the lone chained gorecyclops, clear it and if a cursed dragon doesn't pop put down a bait. Wait for them to duke it out until the cursed dragon is down to 1 hp and then kill it in one shot. The above assumes you're unable to take one down yourself.

Are you having trouble with the room with the two gorecyclopses and the fuckload of evil pawns? Cuz yeah, that room was hard as balls, way harder than everything else after it.Nahxela posted:
I also liked the warrior one that increases your strength, the one that ups your resistance to ailments, and the one that gives pawns more health when you revive them since they die so often in the bonus dungeon.

Urrrg, I've killed the online Ur Dragon 3 times now and I still haven't gotten a lambent shield. And now the game's mocking me by spawning in pawns who are wearing it.

Chilling razors are kind of poo poo. Did you not get Dragon's Pain/Dragon's Vein? Helmbarte are the best daggers in the game, IIRC. Mine do something like 1500 damage?

Framae Blades are the best daggers. I took all of the weapon stats from http://dragonsdogma.wikia.com and dumped them into a spreadsheet. All stats are dragonforged. If you want to know what the silver and gold stats are, you'll have to look them up. click the name of the weapon https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B585JAiuIU_WR2tpNGJjeEdCbGM/view?usp=sharing Mad Dragon fucked around with this message at 04:31 on Feb 7, 2015 |

Anyone else having issues with server connectivity today? Talking to shopkeepers or entering the rift or online Ur-Dragon causes like 45 seconds of delay while it tries to connect and fails. I've heard of this happening if you get banned from trading by reloading a previous save, but I haven't done that.

More DDO screenshots Also some Dengeki scans with Job and NPC info if you speak Japanese. Still looks like it plays like Dragons Dogma.

The pawns aren't going to talk as much as they used to because they aren't going to exist as much as they used to.

That was actually my first thought too, but then I remembered that on the pawn community site they actually just wrote Mystic Knight in katakana: ミスティック ナイト. Even on the "english" portal. I'm thinking it will be something like a mystic knight without the sword.

Should, seriously, not have to shoot the lowest tier of goblin in the head that much with a bow and arrow to kill it. Why the hell are they making this online again? If this was a true sequel (and one that was coming West) Capcom would be warming up the money printers about now.

One thing to notice from that trailer is that the lip sync is not fitting the Japanese voices at all. It was the same thing with the original, it's meant to be in English.

Was there more than one arisen running around the world in the game, I couldn't really tell precisely. Sometimes they'd say stuff as though Arisen were a dime a dozen.
