There isn't a set gear level like all i66 that red raiding requires. It really depends on your hero, how well rolled your gear is, spec and omega points. So go beat up the raid dummy. Can you do it under 1:40? If you can, go do a red. Also make sure you understand how the fights work and don't die to stupid poo poo. Basically don't be bad.
