I usually just do an aim training map and/or the spray training map to warm up and remind myself of all the patterns. For the first one, I use settings from some friberg video; I believe it's target count 100, delay 0.25s, duration 0.50s.

Lots of options.
Community server deathmatch, look for free for all ( FFA)
Deathmatch with bots, sounds silly but really helps.
Training map, as previous

They use the double headphones (earbud + noise canceling) in order to block out the noise at lans. The third set is for mic use since most of the time the noise canceling headphones don't have mics. This time they do though so it looks extra dumb.

EDIT: What is going on with PiTER? They keep accidentally making amazing plays at the last loving minute.
