Triumph Brewing in New Hope, PA. Its one of those towns that's nothing but antiques shops, art galleries, and weird trinket stores that you wonder how the hell can the owners afford the rent, but realize its all trust funds and patronage.

had a pretty great burg tonight: cheddar, banana peppers, and a spicy mustard. roommate got one with cheese curds and a beer cheese, which I was considering, but didn't want to copy him

It's true mega burgers seem good in practice but just aren't practical compared to something simpler like a double double.

Burged out last night using my tinned french copper. That pan browns things twice as fast as most. The paddy had a crunch on top and bottom. But I got the cheese too hot and most of it oozed out when I went for the grab.

Remember this goons make sure the cheese is not too melty. If it is patience and let it set up a bit before burg'n, don't be like me.

Update: Ate about 11 of the burgers and roommates have too so, they are pretty much gone. It turns out my roommate's boss left them, they work at some weird machine shop where they reuse old bullet cases. My theory is that he is a weird autist that doesnt know how to express appreciation/gifts and did it as a "good job" to his employee.

i think its p great.

I love p much all kinds of cheese but when it comes to burgin' i stick almost exclusively with cheddars. Sometimes a kraft american single will do the trick though i find them to be gross on every other type of food.
