Igni is really poo poo in TW2 if you don't put a ton of points into magic actually.

Also there's a lot less rolling when you've gotten used to how Geralt moves and the uninterruptible animations and poo poo. Also if you actually put enough points into parrying and riposte to make them useful.

Or you could just install the FCR mod.

i put a couple of points into swords and decided it was balls and just put all my points into magic
