I've been reading the books (currently on Time of Contempt), and now I realize that the devs literally put in every single character they could think of into the games. For all the talk of tits and sex though its pretty much how it happens all the time in the books. The first time Geralt meets Shani (from TW1) in the books she is 17 and he is banging her immediately. Also practically every female character immediately falls in love with Geralt so far.
