im not losing a kg of fat a day coz i do keto i dont carry that water weight and so if i have a bad day it shows up as a kg gained (or moer) over the space of one day. if then i have a good day the opposite happens. its water, not fat, and its a good indication if i am on point with my diet! this year ive dropped ~6kg thats about 1 a week. thanks for your concern tho guys good 2 know all love me i love u guys too
