I knew who Dellavedova was from being on the opposing team in some of the 5 non-tournament Gonzaga games I watch per year and was stunned about a month ago or so to watch a Cavs game and see that he was in the NBA.

I get that he's not handsome or anything, but he's a pretty normal looking dude. In a league that gave us Scottie Pippen, Gheorghe Muresan, Sam Cassell and Jo Noah, Westbrook barely moves the needle of ugliness.

Ghetto SuperCzar posted:In weird post trade deadline news, Will Barton is killing it in denver. Yeah, he did super well. Asik was a monster on the boards tonight, especially in comparison to his teammates. While Omer was on the floor, Denver only got one offensive rebound. The Nuggets gathered in 15 in the 23 minutes he sat. The Pels are on a 5-0 win streak while Davis has been injured. Longest streak of the season. Their next 10 days are so are going to be rough, though. They have six more games in that timespan. I really don't expect but two more wins in those remaining games. Too short-handed and not enough rest between each one.

I think there's a pretty strong consensus towards 'do what you want' in this thread. In the pro cycling thread they vehemently hate all drugs, which seems naive. If you're supervised by a knowledgeable physician you can do steroids and HGH without any long term problems. Get your anti androgens and a good dose that doesn't harm your heart, you're good to go. Fans and front offices appreciate players who don't get hurt, steroids and HGH greatly assist recovery. Maybe there should be a rule, no steroids under 21, and maybe there should be an educational seminar explaining the risks before a program is undertaken. There's a lot of helpful stuff that thehy could do if they weren't illegal.
