They wouldn't because Reagan.com email tends to spontaneously delete saved emails and contact entries.

Cruz Control!

quote:

The release date for a new book from Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), “A Time for Truth: Reigniting the Miracle of America,” has been set for June 30, 2015. Cruz, who is widely assumed to be preparing for a 2016 presidential run, received a reported seven-figure deal for the book from HarperCollins Publishers, according to a report by the Associated Press.

In an interview with the AP, Cruz said that one of his goals for the book is to fight what he views as unfair “caricatures” of the right as “stupid,” “evil,” or “crazy.” Said Cruz, “The image created in the mainstream media does not comply with the facts.”

As might be expected from the Senator who has made headlines for opposing his fellow Republicans as much as he has President Obama and the Senate Democrats, Cruz devotes significant space in the book to vignettes about people who “had the courage” to speak out even though it put them at risk, such as Anwar Sadat and Elie Wiesel. Cruz compared these vignettes to “an aspect of what [President John F.] Kennedy did” in his book “Profiles in Courage,” which featured stories about Senators who, like Cruz, took stands that were unpopular in their own party because they felt it was the right thing to do.

This idea of standing up for what one believes is right, regardless of popularity or party, has been featured in many of Cruz’s speeches recently, including his recent remarks at CPAC. As Breitbart Texas reported, Cruz told the CPAC audience that conservatives who are looking for a presidential candidate should be asking them not only what they did to stand up against the Democrats, but “when have you been willing to stand against Republicans?”

Cruz told the AP these themes that would be part of his potential presidential campaign were “certainly reflected in this book,” adding that he was reaching out to the many Americans who “are frustrated with career politicians in both parties who are not listening to them.”

That face is just asking for a fist

Everyone does a book. Hillary did a book. It's the well-known first step because 1) the book tour lets you gauge what your audience draw is and 2) you can keep the money yourself, it's not campaign cash. Obama used his first book tour to pay off his college loans.

Which makes perfect sense. If he had seen Seinfeld, that would have been the right thing to do. So we can deduce he was instead a fan of Friends.

Unless you have a plan to completely overhaul the American political system in the next two years, I am voting for the candidate least likely to appoint ultra-conservative supreme court justices. Let me know if you fix that one.

Also, "Hillary Clinton understands that parts of the American public are worried about transparency when it comes to her e-mail communications. In order to remedy this, she is pushing for her communications to be made public in order to alleviate any worries the people may have. She believes that this brings up a great point, that our politicians today seem to lack real transparency. So, in an effort to help the American people, former Secretary Clinton proposes that her fellow presidential hopefuls publish their e-mail communications as well in order to give the American people a true look at who they're voting for. We think that anyone who wants to serve the people should make sure that the people are able to make an informed decision as possible this November."
