I personally bought a Toshiba Camileo X-Sports as it came with lots of accessories at half the price of a Hero4 and I dont need all the 4k and super slowmo stuff. Does 60fps 1080 and some sweet timelapses and is compatible with all the GoPro hardware

That price for a Hero3 is very good though

Yea if you're looking for a gopro brand action camera it's a very good price for last year's best model. Their refurbished has same warranty as new, which is also nice. The remote is very handy and it's worth about $70 itself to get it separately.
