Ha, I read the story behind this one a few months ago and basically it's some older ladies pets, she tells the dog to go out and bring the cat back and it does. I forget if she trained it or not but she literally says "go get the cat!" and the dog comes back with it.

A lone otter came to feed in one of the ponds at a local marsh on Sunday. It came in close to check me out for a few seconds, then decided I was trouble and dove away.  After fishing, it climbed up on an island and squirmed around in the dirt for a while.
