I am irl mad at ms right now because I have to work on this giant-rear end spreadsheet in Excel and it's painful as hell since it only scrolls by row and you ahve to do alt-enter to do line breaks and argh I've worked hard to not be a spreadsheet janitor this poo poo is garbage

it is legit impressive that microsoft management is so transparent in their thought process like some companies make moves and its inscrutable like why would they do that? is there some master plan behind this decision that on its surface makes so little sense?

with microsoft everything they do literally everything is easily understood once you have a basic grasp of the industry their culture and their perception of themselves and that is simply not something that happens every day

its absolutely fascinating to watch as long as you dont have a personal investment in whether or not they succeed because christ if my livelihood relied on them being good at what they do id be training to become a mechanic or planning to kill myself someday i mean jesus

my coworker's dad is a high-level manager at microsoft and said coworker gets really salty whenever i start to trash talk microsoft & their decision making

so not only is it fun to watch i get live force-feedback on it it's great
