While being Trans in their locker rooms isn't against the company's policy, I'd bet filming in the locker room is. It might even be illegal. I wonder if he was dumb enough to do that.

There is already a transgender woman racking up an impressive career in a male dominated sport. quote:“Wait, what did you say?” The conversation I was having with the man beside me in the StarCraft T-shirt had been swallowed up by 2,000 other spectators screaming and chanting “Scarlett! Scarlett!” This kind of fervor is usually associated with Madison Square Garden, not the Hammerstein Ballroom—a more elegant space two blocks north of the Garden.

Because their whole argument is predicated on "I think she's weird and icky", so the only way they can really make it is by hammering on it over and over and going "look how weird and icky she is!". The whole stuff about "what if your daughter was in the same room/what about peeping perverts/what if some regular dude sneaks into the opposite room for kicks" is just a flimsy justification so they can pretend they're not just completely superficial and arbitrary.

The problem with disgusting people like Crowder is that any sort of attention is a positive. So there's no way to engage him without it being what he wants since he craves both the feeling of being a victim and also the validation that he is in someone's head. When that union guy punched him in the face he was probably the happiest he's ever been in his life.

Prob needed to ask for compromise like tell the trans lady to be mindful of ppl being upset and the complainer to respect others privacy. I assumed it was a pre op trans lady in the showers or something which is an awkward Larry David type situation I've imagined and laughed about before. If she saw an Adams apple or something that's harder to be sympathetic about but sounds like it must be missing an angle like the tran lady glaring all lustful. Who gets that mad to start handing out flyers and organizing petitions? How'd the trans status get revealed? Perhaps I should get more comprehensive news coverage then a headline and three seconds of coverage haha.

It likely wouldn't have mattered whether or not someone told her yes or no, to be honest. I had a friend with fairly severe PCOS and people kept telling her "yeah, it's great that you were able to transition" when she'd point out that she was, in fact, a woman, even down to her telling someone "I was born female" and getting back "I know, I know, your gender identity is something you're born with, why are you getting so defensive - I'm a trans ally! I'm on your side!" If people who think they're progressive can be that idiotic, someone who's already anti-trans isn't going to believe "that's a woman" unless they see the birth video clearly showing the genitalia the person was born with. And even then they might try to claim androgen insensitivity or something.
