How are you holding it that you're constantly turning it off accidentally? I've never done that and I can't imagine what weird position my hand would have to be in to put my fingers near the power button.

I spilled tea on my 3dsxl and now the top screen is kinda bad and super purple-tinted, it's still under warranty but I imagine I'd still have to pay for a repair since, y'know, I spilled tea on it. Am I best off sending it in to Nintendo, trying to fix it myself, or just calling it quits paperboy style?

The power button is pretty much right where my finger rests against it at the bottom and it's on the curved part so it's super easy to hit it when I'm pressing down on the shoulder buttons.

It's true. I do it all the time. It's a poo poo placement for that button, and it pisses me off every time. It should have been on the top half somewhere. A major, stupid flaw.

Again, that SNES thing is just a 3rd-party skin, not an official thing. I think the point was that it only works well with the colored buttons, which the XL doesn't have.
