Maybe the 5 Guys here just blows, but I've had it a few times and always felt disappointed.

I'd rather have a Big Mac meal.

five guys was just ok last time i went there.

Kind of did the opposite and made myself a "burger" that didn't have any vegs in it because I'm a dumb gently caress who thinks he can remember what he needs to buy but always forgets something. Still tasted great with some fries.

Next burger I try will definitely have some comté in it if I can get it to melt properly. I could try steaming it like that jolly fat guy in the video a few posts above, but I don't know if it will work...

burger with no vegetables is ok as long as you have pickles. burger with no meat ceases to be a burger unfortunately :rip:

I understand, but slightly in reverse

Everyone says Denny's is, like, the Worst lovely poo poo, but the one near me has always just served quality.

I refuse to believe I like lovely food, because I clearly don't.

bingo. it's better than McDs/BK, and I wouldn't turn one down, but wouldn't travel 10 miles to go pick one up for the price.

Definitely. Imo its slightly below the top tier joints like meat liquor but not by much. And the milkshakes are fantastic. St Albans is surprisingly good for dining. And the only place worth eating in Harlow is King Du but thats non burgers so outside of scope.

I burged yesterday and it was good. Went to Playmakers for their Gladiator Burger. Which is basically Mr. Hero's Romanburger but better.

Hoagie bun, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, salami, swiss-american, salami, two 1/4 burg patties but not stacked - side by side, some kind of modified italian dressing. Like a burger sub.
