Looks like the greens will win my electorate, hooray. That's the only good news, as far as I can tell. NSW is a state full of selfish shitheads.

Liberal preferences will decide Balmain and Newtown. I think labor might steal back Balmain. Verity firth is a fine candidate and Parker courting lnp voters is kinda gross.

Why does the ABC have labor ahead in Lismore when the Greens seem to have more first preferences?

The parties used for 2PP calcs are manually selected and not always reflective of real-time results, from memory.

Labor and Greens preferenced each other in Lismore and Ballina, where the Greens are running strong. Green said a few minutes ago that anti-Green booths in Ballina haven't reported yet tho so it might switch to Labor in second later but idk. But with Labor preferences going Green in Lismore as well we might actually get the seat, as we should bc of the Bentley Blockade

Easier to tell Metgasco to get hosed than risk that much toxic attention months before an election with such a terrible federal government. It's one thing to ride down blackfullas in remote communities but a shitload of people at the Bentley Blockade were salt of the earth white people despite being eco-terrorists
