There's certainly been nothing blow away amazing so far, though Sting/HHH came close - it just needed Flair to show up to take out HBK, and Sting beating HHH but retaining the face-off between DX and the nWo and the handshake and I would have given it a MOTY nod.

It's a very tonally inconsistent show. It feels like they don't know whether they want to built moments or stay the course.

Cena should've won here and did in a way where Rusev stayed partially protected. But it only doesn't hurt him if he doesn't have a 3rd match with Cena next PPV where he gets clowned with an STF then get shoveled to the midcard.
