Well, as someone who decided to get the show an hour before it started and who Foochs very politely wished good luck in not feeling cheated I'll say that Wrestlemania... met my expectations? I wasn't exactly hyped but I knew there'd be people working their asses off, a couple of good matches, and some cool moments. Cena/Rusev was pretty much perfectly done and a really good match. The ladder match was a good chaotic show and the right guy went over. Sting/HHH didn't work for me at all and I think it was a giant joke. But that's what I expected so I'm at peace with it. Same with Taker/Wyatt. Divas was ok, nothing special, nothing bad. I'm sure the Rousey segment was cooler on paper. The main event was the one that kind of rose above a bit and surprised me a little. Its actually more or less what I expected. I figured there were better than 50/50 odds Rollins walks out of the show with the title given how bad Reigns' reactions were but they did a very good job booking that match to get there. Lesnar destroying Reigns 90% of the time didn't do Roman any favors but kept the crowd engaged and was fun to watch and Reigns' inevitable comeback spots where handled well with Brock cutting them off or then leading into the Rollins' cash in. Like I said, it didn't shock me but it was well done to get themselves out of the mess they had created with minimal damage. Reigns looked like a no talent chump with two moves but I suppose that's better than having the crowd loath him by making it an even match. So yeah, that was ok. I got my $10 worth. I'm probably canceling the Network because I'm not that interested in watching Extreme Rules or whatever and the feed hosed up on me a bunch so I'm very annoyed by the quality of the Network. But I dropped $10 and I'm ok with how I spent it. And I'm a little impressed with how WWE handled a mess they made (even if its undercut by being unimpressed how they handled other situations).

Seriously, can't remember ever being less excited for a Wrestlemania only to be impressed in the end. A great ending and a lot of goofy theatre is all I need to forgive a lot of stuff.

That WM was not flawless: the Divas should have gotten another 4-5 minutes and not been such a Raw match; Bray-Undertaker should have been more eventful; Sting should have won; the HHH-Steph-Rock-Ronda segment could have been paced much better. But I loving loved every second of that. Terminators, Asian STOMP, communist invasion, Ronda Rousey, the best possible result for the main event.

I feel like the only real letdown for me was Rusev vs Cena. The finish was weak as hell and 1 AA shouldn't finish off Rusev.
