If the deal holds, and more complicated things like how much fuel they can have, how much they can use over a certain time, how many centrifuges they can keep, and how well they cooperate with the IAEA all go well, then we stop the cascade effect and bring Iran closer to rejoining the international community again. Really, Obama does deserve a lot of credit for this if it works out. The scary thing: If Romney wins in 2012, we might already be at war with Iran. One could say that maybe spending more money to improve this or even hiring more workers might solve the problem, but as we all know that money would just go to faster internet so that the extra employees could watch even more porn. Best to just fire a bunch of people working at the SSA and cut their budget, that's sure to solve the problem!

Israel built its nuclear program in the 50's with help from France and Britain. They also bought components from other countries. This was the beginning of the Cold War and 20 years before non-proliferation. Ironically it was also around this same time that the first nuclear reactors came to Iran and Pakistan. They were American research reactors.
