Aircrew generally don't get directly kicked out for loving up in the air provided they aren't court-martialed for actual criminal behavior/dereliction of duty (which is really rare and is usually done as part of finding a scapegoat; exhibit A for this would be the Black Hawk Shootdown ABM). That said I feel pretty confident in saying that most of the aircrew met a FEB after that and I'd be surprised if any of them are still flying for the military (which in turn means that their career is likely over.)
