Pick is in. I think taking multiple prospects for our OG slot is the right move for us here. We wouldn't in theory know if Matias would work out or if Mathis is even back at this point. This way we'd have a pretty good shot at one starter.

Really hoping this goes at least to the end of round 6. Browns needs were: QB, WR, TE, OT, DL, LB, K. Thus far we have Danny Shelton at NT to help against the run DeVante Parker for a playmaker and Chris Conley for the red zone at WR to go along with Dwayne Bowe Jake Fisher at OT on the right side and may develop to take the left in time Rory Anderson at TE who may be a good move TE and likes blocking but needs a bit of work and not tear his arms off Davis Tull at LB for pass rush or edge so likely an OLB The sure fire DEs were missed this draft but I think this is a decent haul thus far. We signed Randy Starks to help at DE but not sure how good he is. If Mingo and Gilbert come around and live up to expectations with these picks it'd be pretty good imo. The Browns lack on offense. Starting next year we also have some aging players so need to shore up defense and eventually find replacements for Mack and Joe Thomas. A 3 down RB would be nice. Still need a QB and a good kicker...just sign Phil Dawson again man.

You do need a QB but yeah. And also you got a WR for speed/slot. I don't know if Houstons secondary is as good as front 7. I'd personally look to offense side and see what you can give your QB who I don't know is?

You just let your best WRs walk so you'd probably want some who can keep pace with the game and have stamina or quick twitch speed so they can react quickly to plays and get set. I think that's the sort of thing Chip is going for. You'd want guards or tackles with stamina too because they need to keep grinding. I think he's doing his college thing in the bigs. That being said you got your 1 WR, you got an LB, you got an OT. First thought is your secondary. I don't know enough about your defense but your offense blew up.
