Corneria and Yoshi's Island are the only real big losses. Prism Tower and Green Hill Zone are two of my favorite omega stages, the rest are either ugly or bad or both.

Swimming is still in but the only level that uses it is Delfino Plaza. Thank god.

You can definitely swim on the Wii Sports Resort stage when you're on the speed boat, but you either die if you're behind the boat because you get left behind or you die if you're in front of the boat because you got ran over by a speed boat. Honestly it's a mystery why it's even there. The 3DS version had more stages with water and that outright doesn't have the swimming mechanics at all.

I don't know, I miss Corneria. It was a bad stage but it's been there from the beginning, it's the Smash stage. I wouldn't mind at all if DLC brings it back in, or failing that someone makes a really good copy in Stage Builder and sends it to people once that is possible. basically it's a poo poo stage but my nostalgia trumps my common sense.

I'm hoping for Mute City, 'cause I liked to blow up the cars. Why do they have to be invincible and KO stupid fast in Port Town?

Port Town is a loving meat grinder, even more so than Big blue. It's also another one of those "platform that moves around and stops on a different area" levels that the Wiiu version has way too many of.

I felt the mario kart 8 stage was good and better then the brawl one. the zelda one is boring but i find all zelda stages to suck outside of hyrule castle in smash 64.

Big Blue was the best stage in Brawl for 4 players. If you were Sonic and got a bunny hood, you could actually run on the track alongside the F-Zeros.

Reset Bomb Forest is consistent and only has one pretty low-key hazard in the second part that's easily avoidable. It's one of my most played 3DS stages. It also has Dark Pit's theme. Spirit Train would be a hell of a lot better if it didn't keep moving off-camera and just had the new cabooses come in from offscreen. It does have the incredible Michiko Naruke remix of the best Zelda overworld theme going for it, too.
