Apparently a tattoo convention is coming to town. So I looked at all the up and coming artists in attendance and found some.. interesting ones.  The position of this one confuses me. Why wouldn't it be further up?  Why is it outlined in black? Why does the dude look like he passed out? Why does he have a straw?    e; missed one
