I like how the 49% Colmar poll was released on Sunday and noone in this thread has even referred to it.

It's not really a news flash that government support is running high when everyone is whipped up into a pro war frenzy at the moment.

The ones not covered are meant to already be covered by ACC but some gps apparently tack on an additional surcharge for those visits which is not covered by the policy.

Too loving true.. I'm bourgie scum and can't imagine stumping up cash for something serious. God knows how genuine poors (the 50% of the population below the median wage) afford lawyering.

Recently bought house. Accessing Kiwisaver and the HNZC first home subsidy is nice and all, but created 3 times the work for my lawyer compared to the simple conveyancing for the property. I poo poo you not, by the time they have prepared four solicitor certificates and umpteen letters of instruction to superfunds and HNZC - the amount of make-busy legal churn-work is ridiculous.

It's a special gently caress-you to anyone GenX and younger from the boomer generation; and extra 4-5 hours of lawyer work all told. loving boomers.

Unpaid recommedation: first home buyers in Wellington should consider Brian Geary Law. He's a right gent, who does a ton of extra kiwisaver application crap for gratis. A top oval office.

quote:

LF have learned that the New Zealand police have just arrested Auckland law student and cyber activist Ben Rachinger following his online admissions surrounding the Raw-shark hack of Kiwi Blogger Cameron Slater’s computer systems and social media accounts. Rachinger is a law student at Auckland University and is allegedly close to Lynn Prentice and various other players at Labour party rag the Standard. Mr Rachinger has apparently already been released from police custody.

nothing in particular. Don't dress like a schlub, but you don't need suit and tie or anything. A shirt would be formal enough.
