Was just told I'm gonna get a written counseling for being late to 0800 formation by showing up at 0758 Apparently some E6 type that still wasn't even a squad leader insisted and my first line was just passing that info down I'm not sure I've ever been negatively counseled lol

Counseling statements are peak Army. The only thing they're good for is building a packet to get rid of someone. They're never used as evidence for anything in your favor.

kill you are self posted:Don't bitch out. Check the disagree box and write that or write "0758 comes before 0800. I learned this in kindergarten." Did this before, got counseled for not adhering to made up policy of showing up fifteen minutes prior to the announced time, which was fifteen minutes prior. I agreed that I was not thirty minutes early. Only fifteen. So they had me do a version of the flutter kick involving my arms and legs which I was pretending to be a clock. This combined physical fitness and mentorship training was cut short in order for me and my leader to be on time to a meeting. We were two minutes late. He did not have to pretend to be a clock, for some reason.

I was told I was going to get counselled for showing up late and drunk to PT, instead over a hundred thousand Haitians died in an earthquake and I never got counselled because we were too busy getting ready to go out there. The only time I've been negatively counselled was for flipping off a LT, totally worth it.

i got counseled for helping a friend stash his drugs even though no drugs were ever found and we were both just in the wrong place at the wrong time. lost my team leader spot because of that as well. that was feb 28, 2011. the same day that i poo poo my pants and threw up in my sock drawer.

Are you sure you just didn't take the drugs that's the reason they weren't found?

not caring here posted:Are you sure you just didn't take the drugs that's the reason they weren't found? I guess some backstory is in order. I was in charge of several soldiers on a detail to help train some guys who were deploying. Our job was to pretend like we were ANA/ANP, so we basically got to walk around in civilian clothes for a few hours hours like idiots. One of the more bearable details I had ever been put on. Around 9am on like the third day of this detail, we start getting wind of a drug bust back at the company. They did a health and welfare and caught a guy with a bunch of spice. my best friend, who was the drug guy's roommate, was on the detail with me, so I got word to escort him directly to the PSG when we got back so that they can inspect his side of the room. On the way back me and my friend were talking about it, and I had live ammo that I forgot to unload after a range one day, and my friend had a cup full of cigarette butts in his room. We decide to hop out of the humvees early and go stash this poo poo. I get to my room and my roommate has his pistol laying out on his bed, with his door wide open. Had they decided to go snooping in my room while I wasn't there, he would've been hosed. So I stashed my mags and his pistol and go downstairs. My squad leader sees me coming and starts ripping me a new rear end in a top hat. My friend comes down a couple of seconds later and we both start getting hosed up. We were pretty stupid, but we weren't stashing drugs. But the counseling statement said we were, even though we weren't. It worked out though. I went to the battalion scout platoon a few weeks later and had more fun in that platoon than any other time in the army. I only went because I lost my leadership position and would probably never go to the board as long as my leadership was still around. E: to finish out the story, later that night my friend and I decided to go out drinking. I saw that I missed a call from my sister so I went outside to call her back. I farted and ended up making GBS threads my pants. I went to the bathroom and didn't know what to do, so I just threw my boxers away in the trash can and cleaned up. When we got back to the barracks, I started getting the spins and brought the trash can next to my bed. I vomited and finally passed out. When I woke up the next morning (at 445am, because we had to draw weapons at 515am so we could leave at 8am for this detail), I found out that I missed the trash can and vomited in my sock drawer instead. I didn't know what to do so I took everything out of the drawer and threw it in my bath tub and let the water run on it as I left. Cole fucked around with this message at 18:10 on Apr 24, 2015 |

EVA BRAUN BLOWJOBS posted:Eight women have completed RAP week in Ranger School. They also have Demi Moore haircuts. Lol American women are hardcore-- Not all the disenchantment with Italian military life is caused by sexual harassment. Carla, 27, quit an officers training course and went back to working in the bar her parents own near Verona. “It was traumatic when they cut my hair as short as a boy’s. I imagined this adventure would be easier, but after a year of officers training I was in crisis. There was too much discipline; one had to study such a lot and above all there was too much punishment. I thought I was tough but I found myself crying often. So one fine day I packed my bags and left,” Carla said. Another female recruit stayed in the army but confided to L’Espresso that she lives in fear of peacekeeping duty in Afghanistan. “When I applied I never thought one day I might really have to fight.” Italian Defense Ministry officials play down the significance of the decline in women’s applications to join. “These are figures we expected after the boom of applications in the first competitions open to women linked to a novelty effect,” a ministry source said."
